We supply wholesale gifts, souvenirs, maps, books and stationery across Dorset, Devon, The New Forest and throughout the UK. What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time and we will refund your payment in full. If you are dissatisfied for any reason after receiving your order, you may return it to us within thirty days and we will also refund your payment in full. If your order has been received damaged or faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
How will my order be packed?
We take the utmost care with each order to ensure it is carefully packed and protected against damage. Your order will normally be dispatched in a protective envelope or a suitable box containing padding to prevent damage during transit.
How long will my order take to process?
Our website shows the items currently in stock at our Poole, Dorset warehouse. We usually dispatch all orders received by midday on the same working day. If an item is out of stock, we will process your order as soon as it becomes available, typically within 2–3 working days. In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock at our suppliers, we will dispatch the available items and contact you to see whether you would prefer us to place the remaining items on back-order or cancel them.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We pack and dispatch all in-stock orders received before 4pm on weekdays, usually the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail or Roadlink 24hr courier, depending on size and value. You can typically expect delivery between one and three days after placing your order. If any items are out of stock, we may send a partial delivery and ship the remainder once available.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We are pleased to accept any order, large or small, so you can buy as much or as little as you need. Delivery costs £9.00 for orders up to a value of £100 (ex VAT), or is free of charge on orders above this amount.
How much do I pay for my delivery?
Unlike many other websites, we offer free delivery on all orders over £100 within the UK mainland. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of £9.00 is applied, regardless of size. No minimum order!


What is 3D Secure Authentication?
3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by Visa and MasterCard. It supports the “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode” schemes. 3D Secure creates a safer way to authenticate your details during a transaction by asking you to register your card (if not already done) and verify each transaction with a password or PIN. Once registered, you will use this to verify purchases on any site using 3D Secure. For more details, please contact your card issuer.
How can I be sure this site is secure?
Unlike many other e-commerce sites, FernhillWholesale.co.uk has a registered SSL certificate in place from the main store page onwards. This ensures your data is encrypted using 128-bit technology, offering high-level security. You can rest assured that communications between your browser and our servers are private and secure. To check this, click the padlock symbol in your internet browser.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown on the website exclude VAT. Each item clearly shows the VAT rate that will be added at checkout. Once you place your items in the basket, you can view the VAT breakdown before completing your purchase.
